Blooming Rage

I know emotions, 
They swell and sink,
Feel Ugly and isolate
Scare others but mostly me
 
But i know them.
They are home, as home as i know
 
They don't always rule or serve
Tear apart and come back to calm
 
There is always work to be done.
 
But I know them.
At times they comfort
Like a dear, misguided friend
Who craves tenderness
 
Every. Fucking. Day.

But I know them.

I will paint them all one day.
Because, i know them.
